Our Principal

Our President, Stan Johnson, has over 30 years of outstanding experience in the search business. Before founding Johnson & Company, he managed the expansion of one of the country's larger executive search practices from it’s initial marketing/sales orientation and a handful of people to a wide ranging general search practice with 5 offices and nearly 100 employees.

Stan's early business experience came from over six years in the General Advertising Division of Procter & Gamble, where he was promoted through a series of new product, consumer promotion, and sales assignments. He was also one of North America's 250 most accomplished individual recruiters, selected on the basis of frequency of mention from 8,000 colleagues in senior management at Fortune 500 companies, clients, and other firms in the search industry.
